1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, paying the activation fee, or using the KMAI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. KMAI is operated by KMAI Inc., a company registered in Delaware, United States. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service & The "Unlock Fee"

KMAI is a tiered affiliate marketing platform. To access the dashboard, generate a referral link, and earn commissions, users must pay a one-time, non-refundable "Unlock Fee" (amount varies by region, e.g., $15 USD or equivalent).

Important: This fee covers server maintenance, API costs, and platform access. It is not an investment, and it does not guarantee future income. You are paying for access to the software tools.

3. Commission & Payouts

• Direct Commission: You earn a 50% commission for every direct referral who successfully pays the Unlock Fee.
• Cashback: New users may receive a one-time cashback bonus credited to their dashboard upon unlocking.
• Jackpot Rewards: Tickets earned for the Daily Jackpot are promotional assets with no cash value until a prize is officially won and credited by the system.
• Withdrawals: Payouts are processed instantly or within 24 hours to supported methods (Binance Pay, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.). You are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses/numbers.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activity

To maintain the integrity of our network, the following actions result in immediate account termination without refund:

• Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself ("Self-Referral fraud").
• Spamming unsolicited links on WhatsApp, Facebook, or other platforms.
• Using VPNs or Proxies to manipulate IP-based eligibility.
• Submitting fake payment screenshots or transaction IDs.

5. Limitation of Liability

KMAI provides the service "as is." We make no guarantees regarding the amount of money you may earn. Earnings are dependent entirely on your own marketing efforts. We are not liable for any losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
